The staff were nice and helpful, and the massive room with a private hot tub was a dream come true.
A broken hot tub at check-in was disappointing, and unexpected noise from neighboring guests was distracting.

The location is great, close to everything. All the staff members are lovely friendly and professional. The rooms offered are tidy and gorgeous with e cellent bed, hot tub and large jacuzzi.

This resort is a hidden gem! The spacious one-bedroom junior villa with a swim-up option was a dream. The friendly staff ensured every need was met, and the ambiance was perfect. The well-maintained pool and inviting hot tubs provided a fantastic escape right at our doorstep. Truly a good escape!

Clean hotel with very very helpful staff and a great value. Favourable location in a nice neighborhood with an absolutely breathtaking view of garden. Based just next door to beach, and Tulum Pueblo.
